Ingredients

3/4 cup Cheddar cheese,cubed 16 oz can cream style corn

1 cup cracker crumbs

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced onion

2 eggs, well beaten

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

2 Tbls butter, melted

Paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in eggs, butter & milk, mixing well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika; garnish with parsley & paprika.
