Ingredients
500g elbow macaroni
big tin of sliced pineapple, drained and cut up
2 small tins capsicum (Edgell)
3 T gherkin relish (Masterfood)
50g grated cheddar
1/2 jar S & W mayonnaise
1 big carrot, cubed and microwaved for 4 minutes on high
boiled chicken
