Ingredients

2 lbs raw shrimp, large size (20 - 25 count) peeled and devained, tail left on

1/3 cup of Old Bay Seasoning

1 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ cup of lemon juice

1/3 cup of olive oil

6 dashes of Tabasco sauce

¼ cup of chopped cilantro

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a large ziplock bag Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight

Thread shrimp on metal skewers. Grill over medium heat turning once until cooked through and tails are slightly charred, serve with lemon wedges.
