Ingredients

Marinade

1/3 Cup red wine

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 T brown sugar

2 lb pork loin

Sauce

1/3 Cup sour cream

1/3 cup mayo

1 1/2 T mustard powder

1 T minced fresh chives

Preparation

Mix together marinade and put in plastic bag overnight.

Mix together ingredients for the sauce.

Bake 325 for 1 hour slice into 1/2" pieces and serve with sauce over the top.
