Ingredients

1 cup milk

6 oz. vanilla yogurt

2 halves of a banana (peel, cut in half, freeze to store)

3/4 to 1 cup frozen strawberries

-add ice cubes(thicken)/milk(thin) to consistency you prefer

Preparation

Add milk, yogurt, banana, and strawberries. Blend well and add either milk or ice cubes if needed.
