Ingredients

3/4 c. bulgar - rinse well

1 c. minced onion

1 t. allspice - ground

1 t. pepper

1 t. salt

1 c. tomatoes

1 c. parsley

1 c. scallions

1/2 c. fresh mint

(2 T. dried)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. lemon juice

1/2 c. olive oil

1/2 c. onions

Preparation

Fold dressing into bulgar and combine with vegetables.

Chill at least 2 hours before eating.
