Ingredients

Dough

1 1/2 c. flour

1 c. cornmeal

1 t. bp

1/4 t. salt

1 t. sugar (or less)

1/3 c. butter

1/2 c. milk

Filling

1 c. salsa

1/2 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

In food processor, combine first 6 ingredients. Slowly add milk. Add cornmeal if too sticky.

Roll out into 1/8" thick. Cut into 3-4" circles.

Mix filling. Spoon 1 t. mixture onto each round. Fold and seal with a fork.

Bake 12 min. at 400.
