Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 whole onion, chopped
1 c. salsa
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
soft-shell tortillas
8 ounces cheese, shredded
Preparation
Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain.
Add salsa, enchilada sauce, chicken soup and mushroom soup.
Layer 9-by-13-inch pan with 3 to 4 tortillas.
Cover with half the meat mixture.
Add another layer of tortillas, then remaining meat mixture.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
