Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Beef

1 tbls. Oil

2 onions, finely chopped

2 carrots, chopped

1 tbls. Tomato Paste

1 tbls. Flour

1 cup Beef Broth

1 cup Mixed Vegetables

5 medium Potatoes. boiled and mashed

1 tbls. Butter

Preparation

Brown beef in oil. Stir in onions and carrots and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, flour and broth. Add mixed vegetables. Put all ingredients into a casserole. Top with potatoes, dot with butter and bake uncovered, at 350F for 30 minutes.
