Ingredients

1/2 lb.Salad Greens including baby spinach, green leaf lettuce and endive.

4 ripe pears- ours are bosco, peeled & sliced and stirred with 1 TBSP of lemon juice

1/4 cup of pecans, tossed with 1 TSP of season salt and roasted for 4 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

2 oz. feta cheese.

Dressing:

equal parts, I use 1/4 cup

Balsamic vinegar

Real Maple Syrup

Extra Virgin Olive oil

Preparation

Wash and dry salad greens Distribute them on 6 salad plates. Place sliced pears on top of greens. Add crumbles of feta with pecans on the top. Wisk all dressing ingrdients together, drizzle on salads. Serve immediately. Serves 6
