Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 teaspoons honey
4 teaspoons champagne vinegar
12 tablespoons dried currants
1 head green cabbage, chopped
2 large carrots, grated or shredded
2 apples, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar and currants in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the cabbage, carrot and apple and toss to combine. Season with salt & pepper.
