Ingredients

6 lb. stew meat

3 tlb spoons cooking oil

1 large onion

garlic salt to taste

garlic powder to taste

1 16 oz. jar sliced pickled jalapeno’s

3 cans of your favorite beer

1 pressure cooker

condiments

lettuce

tomato

onion

shreaded cheese

Preparation

In the pressure cooker add oil, meat, onion cut into 8 pieces, and 1/2 cup beer let cook until meat is brown and cook through add garlic salt and garlic powder to taste continue to cook until juice cuts in half. add remaining beer bring to boil and cover cook until done about 30- 45 minitues. cool and uncover use a potato masher to break up meat. Serve with flour or corn tortillas and your favorite condiments
