Ingredients

4 ounces Crop Cucumber vodka or plain vodka

2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1

1/2 cup grapefruit soda, such as Sanpellegrino Pompelmo

2 Persian-cucumber spears, for serving

Preparation

Fill each glass with ice. Divide vodka and Pimm’s evenly between them and stir. Top with grapefruit soda. Serve with cucumber spears.
