Ingredients
Whole chicken
For the sauce:
~1/2 c mayo
A few tbsp of cider vinegar
2 tsp horseradish
dash of cayenne
salt and pepper
Preparation
Blend all sauce ingredients in processor.
Cut the chicken in half and put it skin side down and crank up the heat. Once the skin side gets brown.
Cover it with the white BBQ sauce.
Let it cook a little with the sauce on it then apply more when you pull it off.
Smoke at 225F. Chicken at 2-3 hours. Put on a beer can and stand it up during smoking.
