Ingredients

1 can Salmon, pick out bones

1/2 C. dry bread or cracker crumbs

1 egg, beaten

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

1 C. warm milk

1 T. onion, chopped

2 tsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in buttered 3 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 35-45 min.
