Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups flour

1/2 Cup cocoa

1 tbsp finely ground espresso

1 cup butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Roll into one inch balls and press down slightly (with fork). Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool and roll in powdered sugar
