Ingredients
5 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup carob powder
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Essential Eating Sprouted Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Cool slightly and stir in the carob powder, sugar, yogurt and vanilla; mix. Add the flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Place teaspoonfuls of batter on a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the pan 2-3 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
