Ingredients

2 lbs Baby back pork ribs (boneless)or with bones.

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup sweetened espresso coffee

1/2 cup coffee liqueur ie: Tia Maria, Khalua

1 tbspn brown sugar

2 finely chopped onions

1 whole clove of garlic, pressed and diced, salt, pepper, pinch of oregano

Preparation

after marinading overnight, turn in the morning to soak well, then put over a low fire on grill, covered turning over and basting several times as needed
