Ingredients
1 can fresh crab (rinsed and drained)
1 package of cream cheese (I use light)
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp chopped green onions or fresh chives (when in season)
2 tsp horse radish (to taste)
sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
rinse and drain the crab. In medium sized bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, milk, chives, and horseradish. Mix well, either with beaters or by hand with a fork.
Spread mixture evenly in a small loaf pan or baking dish.
Sprinkle with Paprika and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until brown and bubbling at the edges.
