Ingredients

1 lb. pecans halves

1 egg white

1 tsp. H2O

½ C. Sugar

½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. salt

Preparation

1.) {Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F.} Beat the eggs and water together until frothy– not stiff! 2.) Add pecan halves and mix until the nuts are evenly coated. 3.) Combine dry mix. Toss pecan halves into sugar mix and toss with hands to coat evenly. 4.) Bake for one hour on a jelly-roll pan, stirring every fifteen minutes. 5.) Let them cool and munch away!
