Ingredients

2 Cups of Sugar

1 cup of Flour

1/2 cup cocoa

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup butter melted

2 eggs

Cream cheese Icing (only the best for these brownies!)

1 3/4 icing sugar

1/2 package of cream cheese (125g)

1/2 tbsp of milk

1/2 tsp of Vanilla

Preparation

preheat oven at 300 degrees

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, add wet ingredients and mix well.

grease an 8"x8" pan or use parchment paper(easier to remove), pour batter into the pan and bake in oven for 30 min or until top starts to crack a little, do not over cook(brownies will still be soft in the middle and a tooth pick will not come out clean when inserted). Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of hours.

Icing

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. (add more sugar or milk for different consistency)

When cooled, spread icing on top and cut brownies in squares
