Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups White Lily self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Preheat waffle iron.
In a mixer on medium-high speed, blend together milk, vanilla and eggs. Slowly add melted butter.
Mix for one minute before adding in flour and sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
For convenience pour batter into a large measuring cup, and let sit for 3-5 minutes before using. The batter will thicken some while sitting.
Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron, follow manufactures instructions for making waffles with your iron.
