Ingredients
1 8-ounce package Wide Noodles, cooked per package instructions
1 8-ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 16-ounce can Peeled Tomatoes, drained
2 8-ounce cans Tuna in Water
(I use Chunky Light)
Small bag Potato Chips, crushed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute onion in butter. Add salt and pepper to cream of mushroom soup. Butter a one and a half-quart casserole.
Layer half noodles, soup, onion, tomatoes, tuna. Repeat.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour.
Nice with a dark green vegetable such as broccoli or peas.
