Ingredients
2 lbs ground sirloin
2 eggs
1 c breadcrumbs
1/2 c parmesan
handful fresh parsley chopped
1/2 c white onion diced
pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Divide mixture up into equal portions and start rolling into golf ball sized balls.
Put meatballs in large roasting pan and cover w/ sauce. Bake on low for 35-40 minutes or until sauce slightly crusts on top of the meatballs.
