Ingredients

2 packages of taco seasoning mix

1 medium size package of ground hamburg or ground turkey

2 cups of salsa

1 8oz container of whipped cream cheese

1 package of Kraft taco shredded cheese

1 whole jalepeno pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cream chese with 1 package of taco seasoning, mix together and spread in the bottom of a brownie pan.
  3. Cook ground hamburg or turkey in a skillet and combine with 1 package of taco mix. Layer meat mixture over cream cheese in brownie pan.
  4. Spread salsa on top of meat mixture in brownie pan.
  5. Ccover salsa with shredded cheese and top with whole jaelpeno in the center.
  6. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and brown.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping
