Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground turkey

• 1 large red onion, chopped

• 3 tsp. garlic salt

• 3 tsp. chile powder

• 1 cup ketchup

• 2 10oz. can Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies

• 8 oz. Baked Tostitos, crushed

• 16 oz. low- fat sour cream

• 6 oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened in microwave

• 2 small cans green chilies

• 4 cups 2% Monterey jack cheese, grated

Preparation

• Brown turkey and drain • Add next 5 ingredients and simmer 10 mins. • In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and chilies. • In a 13x9 pan, layer 1/2 chips, 1/2 meat, 1/2 sour cream mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. • Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
