Ingredients
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 large red onion, chopped
3 tsp. garlic salt
3 tsp. chile powder
1 cup ketchup
2 10oz. can Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies
8 oz. Baked Tostitos, crushed
16 oz. low- fat sour cream
6 oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened in microwave
2 small cans green chilies
4 cups 2% Monterey jack cheese, grated
Preparation
Brown turkey and drain Add next 5 ingredients and simmer 10 mins. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and chilies. In a 13x9 pan, layer 1/2 chips, 1/2 meat, 1/2 sour cream mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
