10 Tablespoons Cornstarch

20 Teaspoons Chilli Powder

10 Teaspoons salt

10 Teaspoons Paprika

10 Teaspoons Sugar

8 Teaspoons of Chicken Bouillon

5 Teaspoons Onion Powder

3 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

3-4 Teaspoons cayenne Pepper

3-4 Teaspoons Cumin

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Put in an Airtight container will keep for about 6 months. Use as needed for recipes calling for fajita seasoning. Use about 2 tablespoons for about 2 pound of Chicken of Beef.
