1/2 cup of red onions diced
1/4 of cilantro diced
3-4 garlic cloves

marinade overnight in a ziplock bag

Prepare Salsa: 1 small red onions diced(put onions to soak in about 1/2 cup of hot water(not boiling) and add a tablespoon of salt for about 10 minutes, then drain and add to rest of the ingredients) 2 tomatoes diced 1/2 cup of cilantro 3-4 radishes diced pinch of salt 2 -3 tablespoons of lime juice let sit for about 15 minutes
add fajita strips to tortilla and top with salsa please note that these measurements are only estimates
