Ingredients
4 Endives
1 box Mache
1 pomegranate
2 pears or 4 Fuyu Persimmons
4 tbsp walnut oil
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinaigre de jerez
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigre
1 cup walnuts
Preparation
Prepare dressing in advance and leave in refrigerator.
Add salad, nuts & fruit to a bowl.
Pour dressing just before serving.
