Ingredients
P2-3 pound family steak
1/2 c. olive oil
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. medium hot paprika
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. msg (optional)
1 t. unseasoned meat tenderizer
Preparation
Mix last six ingredients with a whisk. Use pushdown meat tenderizer on both sides of beef. Pour whisked marinade over meat and turn to coat other side. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Grill as usual for rare, medium or well done according to taste and thickness of meat.
