Ingredients

1 lb. of fresh green beans

1 cup of Kraft 2% Milkfat (Lowfat)Sharp Cheddar Cheese or use Regular Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 tablespoons of Smart Balance Light butter or use any regular butter

1/2 cup onion

1 cup Breakstone’s Reduced Fat Sour Cream or use regular Breakstone’s Sour Cream

Salt and pepper.

Preparation

Clean the green beans and boil in medium pot till tender for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the sharp cheddar cheese. Next, in microwave heat in a small bowl 2 tablespoons of butter with the 1/2 cup of onion for about 1 minute. Drain green beans and imput back into same pot. Mix in sharp cheddar cheese along with the onion and butter mixture. Then pour in the 1 cupt of sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Happy eating!
