Preparation

1/2 CUP ,PACKED, CHOPPED BASIL GRATED ROMANO CHEESE HEAT OIL,MED HIGH HEAT. SAUTE SAUAGE,RED PEPPER UNTIL NO LONGER PINK,ABOUT 5 MIN…ADD ONION AND GARLIC; SAUTE 5 MIN. ADD TOMATOES AND CREAM. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW; SIMMER UNTIL THICK,ABOUT 3 MIN. SEASON WITH S/P. MEANWHILE COOK PASTA. RESERVE 1 CUP PASTA WATER.ADD SAUAGE MIXTURE TO PASTA;TOSS OVER MED-HIGH HEAT ADDING RESERVED WATER IF NEEDED. SPRINKLE WITH BASIL. SERVE WITH CHEESE. SERVES 6 EVERYONE LOVES IT!!!!
