Ingredients

3 eggs

1/4 c. sugar

2 c. matzo farfel

2 c. cream-style cottage cheese

1 c. sour cream

1/3 c. melted margarine

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. apricot preserves

1/2 c. chopped walnuts

2 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs in bowl until light. Gradually beat in 1/4 c. sugar until fluffy.

Soak farfel in cold water; squeeze out water.

Add farfel, cottage cheese, sour cream, margarine, raisins and preserves. Blend.

Turn into 12x7 1/2 in. baking dish. Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top.

Bake 350 for 40-50 min, uncovered. Serve warm or cold. Freezes well.
