Chicken Stock or Broth

Crimini Mushrooms

Parm/Reggiano Cheese

Preparation

In a large hot skillet add 2tbsp.Olive oil,Garlic,shallots,Spinach, braise till spinach wilt,remove add 6-8 chicken breast til brown on both sides,add cherry tomatoes,Black olives,mushrooms,green peppers,spinach,Chicken stock,Basil,Thyme,Oregano,Salt/Pepper to taste,(Simmer till pasta is done). In a large pot bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add Pasta cook for 11-12 min. Presentation Place Pasta in serving dish Add Chicken mixture over Pasta drizzle with Olive oil Garnish with Fresh Parm/Reg. Cheese Italian Leaf Parsley
