Ingredients
2 large or 4 medium eggplant(sliced in 1/4 inch rounds)
2 large or 4 small green pepper(sliced with seeds)
2 onion(slice in 1/4 inch rounds)
1 1/2 lb ground beef
12oz can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation
ground beef and let cool to bottom of casserole dish layer slices of eggplant, green pepper and onion sprinkle with salt and pepper add 1/2 ground beef mixture continue with remaining layer of eggplant, green pepper, onion and ground beef, salt and pepper mix 1 can water with 12oz tomato sauce and pour over top cover with tin foil cook at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 mins chop with big spoon and serve over rice
