Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, cut in half-inch pieces

2 cups chopped, cubed ham

1 small onion

10 slices white bread, cubed

1 cup cooked potato, cubed

3 cups (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

8 eggs

3 cups milk

1 tbsp. Worceshtershire sauce

1 tsp.ground mustard powder

salt & pepper

Preparation

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender; drain.

In a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, layer half of the bread cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with all of the bacon mixture.

Repeat second layer of bread cubes, potatoes and cheese.

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add mik, worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over layered bread mixture. Cover and chill overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Pre-heat oven to 325 degree F.

Bake, uncovered, for 65-70 minutes.
