Ingredients
1 large ripe Farmers Market Tomato
1-2 Tbsp goat cheese
3-5 Fresh large basil leaves
salt and pepper
Cibiatta Bread
Preparation
Slice tomato and spread goat cheese on bread. Place tomato on cheese and lay basil leaves on tomato,sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make into sandwich and place in a frying pan or panini maker and toast for 2 min on each side. Serve with a great salad and glass of crisp Pinot Grigo.
