Ingredients
-Multigrain french bread
-Tofutti mozzarella (comes in single slices)
-Frontier all-purpose seasoning
Preparation
-Cut about 2-3 inch pieces of bread, then slice each piece in half longways -Lay one slice of mozzarella on each slice of bread (Cut cheese square in half and overlap if the square doesn’t fit on the bread slice as is) -Put bread on cooking sheet, place in oven -Broil for about 4 minutes or until cheese just begins to bubble -Take out and immediately sprinkle on seasoning- you decide how much!
