Olive oil

Paprika / cayenne

Preparation

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes crosswise into 1/4-to 1/3-inch-thick slices. Brush the bottom of a microwave-oven roasting pan with olive oil. Place the potato slices in 1 or, at maximum, 2 layers on the bottom of the roasting pan. Spread salt, olive oil and paprika on each layer. Cover the pan with a microwave plastic film / lid. Roast in the microwave oven at maximum power for about 6-8 minutes (1 layer) or 12-15 minutes (2 layers). Times depend on the microwave power and the thickness of the slices.
