Ingredients

1 package of frozen spinach

1 to 2 teaspoons margarine

1/2 onion, chopped finely

1 egg

Preparation

Punch holes in the top of a cardboard carton of frozen spinach and cook until hot and steamy. Open box and drain. Press out liquid on paper toweling. Saute onions in margarine until clear. Place spinach in pan and stir letting remaining water steam out. When dry crack an egg onto top of spinach and stir, coating all the spinach and cooking until done. Serve hot.
