Ingredients
1 8oz package of Fat free cream cheese softened
1/2 cup of Fat free shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp onion minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp Fat free half and half
4-6 green onion with tops, chopped fine
Preparation
Blend together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, onion, garlic powder, Worchestershire sauce and half and half. Cover and allow to chill for about an hour in the fridge until firmed up enough to handle. Chop the green onion and place in a bowl. Once the cheese mixture is firm enough to handle, divide it into 8-16 balls depending on how big you want them. Roll the balls into the green onion mixture and serve along with whole wheat toast points, or crackers.
