Ingredients

1 5 ounces organic chicken breast, skinless and boneless

1 cup of plain panko bread crumbs (any bread crumb will work as long as it’s NOT seasoned)

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 tablespoon onion powder

Preparation

  1. Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion powder together in mixing bowl.
  2. Roll chicken breast around in mixture until it’s completely covered in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat sauté pan at medium high heat and coat pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  4. Sear chicken breast on each side until golden brown.
  5. When brown finish by baking in oven at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
