Ingredients
For salad:
1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large cucumber or 2 small cucumbers (american), diced
two spring onions, sliced thin
For dressing:
1 cup sour cream/plain yohgurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp dill, dried or 1 1/2 tsp dill fresh
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Combine veggies in large bowl. Combine dressing in slightly smaller bowl. Enjoy with crusty bread!
