Ingredients

2 lbs scallops

1/2 lb butter

4 oz honey

2 oz dry sherry

3/4 cup Ritz crackers crushed

Preparation

divide scallpos equally into 4 remekins. melt butter, add honey and sherry. mix well and ladel over scalloops. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 for approx. 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
