Ingredients

2 lbs hash browns

3/4 C. Butter

1 tsp salt

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 C. Chopped onion

2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

1 8oz sour cream

2 C. Crushed Corn flakes

Preparation

Mix the hash browns and 1/2 cup of the butter in a 9x13 dish. Mix in salt, cream of chicken, onions, Cheese, and sour cream. Top with Corn flakes and remainder of 1/4 cups melted butter. Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked.
