Ingredients

Salad:

Segments from 3-4 red grapefruit (reserve juice from membranes)

Segments from 4-5 oranges

1 Chopped fennel bulb

4 Chopped celery sticks

Dressing:

1tbsp cider vinegar

1/2 tsp whole mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 tbsp reserved grapefruit membrane juice

1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Cut up segments of grapefruit and oranges. Chop the fennel bulb into slices, chop the celery diagonally and toss in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together and drizzle on top of salad.
