Ingredients

1 lbs Brussel Sprouts, halved

3 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon

1/2 red onion, chopped

1/3 c dried cranberries

2 tbls Dry Sherry

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry bacon and remove from pan. Slowly cook onions in the bacon grease, about 5 min. Add cranberries, continue to cook for 3 min. Add Brussel Sprounts and Sherry, salt, and pepper. Sautee until tender.
