Ingredients
1 hand full of mint
3 cucumber slices
2 cranberries
1 oz simple syrup
1 cup crushed ice
2 oz gin
splash of lime juice
champagne
Preparation
Mull mint, cucumber, cranberries and simple syrup in shaker container until mulled well. Add crushed ice to shaker then poor gin and a splash of lime juice, and shake until it’s frothy.
Put a few cranberries into a champagne glass to garnish, then poor mix using a strainer into the glass, then top with champagne, and garnish with cucumbers, mint and cranberries.
