medium green bell pepper, cut into small thin strips

medium red bell pepper, cut into small thin strips

cup sugar

cup orange juice

tablespoons lemon juice

teaspoon salt

teaspoon onion powder
1/2
teaspoon dry mustard
1/3
cup vegetable oil
Preparation
In large bowl, mix coleslaw blend and bell peppers.
In medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except oil with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually beat in oil until well combined. Pour dressing over salad; toss to mix.
