10 eggs (I use jumbo)
2 1/2 cups half & half
1 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar/Splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 Tbs vanilla
1 Tbs canola oil
3 Tbs maple syrup

powdered sugar (optional)
whipped cream (optional)
maple syrup, warmed
Preparation
- Place bread in 2 baking pans 9x12 or 10x13 with 1" sides.
- Mix all remaining ingredients (up to Garnish) with whisk and pour 1/2 over bread. Turn bread over with spatula and pour remaining liquid over bread.
- Cover tightly with foil or plastic and refrigerate overnight.
- Cook on medium low heat on pre-heated griddle until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes. Turn over, cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. You may want to loosly cover with foil while cooking first side.
- Slice in half diagonally. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream and warm maple syrup.
